What to include

Calculator requests — tell us what you're trying to figure out, and any units you prefer (imperial or metric).
Bug reports — the page URL, the numbers you entered, and what you expected vs. what you saw.
Corrections — if you think an assumption or formula is wrong, tell us your source and we'll review it.

Do you store the numbers I enter?: No. Every calculation runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server, and there is no account to create.
Can you give me advice on my project?: We can fix a calculator or explain the assumption behind a result, but we cannot give medical, structural or legal advice for a specific situation.
How long does a reply take?: Usually within two business days. Calculator requests with a clear use case move to the top of the queue.
